Supplements

Scientific studies have shown that the majority of Canadians are deficient in many essential nutrients.  Most of us are not getting the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for one or more nutrients (essential vitamins and minerals).  Suboptimal health has been linked to low nutrient intake, enhanced nutrient need, reduced nutrient absorption and accelerated nutrient loss.  Nutritional supplementation maintains adequate nutrient levels and helps you to achieve your personal health goals.

Not all supplements are created equal.  Quality is very important and determines the degree of effectiveness.  We work hard at the Heartful Wellness Centre to offer the best supplements possible, so we can achieve our desired outcomes/results.  The ingredients selection makes the biggest difference in the quality of the final product and therefore health outcome.
